Aaron has over 26 years of experience across the senior care industry as a Long-Term Care Administrator working his way up to Vice President of Operations. Aaron attended school at Northeast Louisiana University with a background in psychology and healthcare administration. His role in Senior Care Pathways is the chief consultant and strategist to provide sound expert guidance and advice to families navigating the complexities of caring for aging loved ones. Aaron is the loyal husband of Kathy and has the privilege of indulging in her culinary delights.

Kathy has over 30 years of experience as a nurse and 20 years of experience as an advanced practice nurse performing anesthesia as a CRNA and is a graduate of both The University of Texas at Austin and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Her role in Senior Care Pathways is to apply her clinical expertise to provide knowledgeable, compassionate guidance and ensure the highest quality of consultation for the families we serve. Kathy is a loving wife to Aaron and stepmom to Aaron's two sons.
