Aaron has over 26 years of experience in the senior care services industry, beginning his career as a Long-Term Care Administrator and advancing to Vice President of Operations. He studied at Northeast Louisiana University, where he gained a solid foundation in psychology and healthcare administration. As the chief consultant and strategist at Senior Care Pathways, Aaron provides expert guidance to families, assisting them in care planning and navigating the complexities of caring for aging loved ones. He is a devoted husband to Kathy, enjoying her culinary delights.

Kathy has over 30 years of experience as a nurse and 20 years of experience as an advanced practice nurse performing anesthesia as a CRNA. She is a proud graduate of both The University of Texas at Austin and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. In her role at Senior Care Pathways, Kathy utilizes her clinical expertise to provide knowledgeable and compassionate guidance in care planning, ensuring that families receive the highest quality of consultation in their decision-making processes. Kathy is also a loving wife to Aaron and a devoted stepmom to Aaron's two sons.
